The Honorable Distillery is proud to announce our limited edition Opal Absinthe.  This absinthe is only available for in-store pickup.

Released on Halloween 2023, this absinthe is thujone-free, distilled from grain with herbs and handcrafted The Honorable Way.

The creation of our head distiller Abby Szukalski and founder Anne White, this 750ml bottle is 130 proof and contains 65% alcohol by volume.
